Heritage Foundation’s annual homage to absolute understanding of poverty is out…

I find this annual “report” is great for class discussions; many students react strongly against it and others really like it.  Thanks to Frank Pasquale for highlighting it on Concurring Opinions, and other good links (esp. this one from The New Yorker).
