Denver University Law Review’s Special Issue on Socioeconomic Diversity and American Legal Education looks quite interesting for readers of this blog (note it says forthcoming, but includes all the articles). Paul Horwitz wrote a good, lengthy, write-up of the issue on PrawfsBlawg that relates to my parody article related to class in law schools. The issue is structured as an article by Richard Sander–best known for his earlier attack on Affirmative Action published by Stanford Law Review–followed by responses.
